Yuri Feliciano

Research Analyst

Yuri Feliciano is a research analyst at Mathematica. Her focus is on supporting families, ensuring the success of at-risk youth, and elevating the voices of individuals with disabilities and their caregivers.

At Mathematica, her current projects include Access to Service through Knowledge (ASK) for which she analyzes quantitative and qualitative data for the creation of journey map and user personas. She supports NextGEN project, through TA and cost data analysis to assess the feasibility and impact of implementing a workforce development program for youth with disabilities. She has previously worked on projects collecting, analyzing and reporting qualitative using photovoice methods, focus groups, and individual interviews. She has also analyzed quantitative data for early education programs and disability support programs.

Before working at Mathematica, Yuri spent 10 years as a direct service case manager for families experiencing homelessness and individuals involved in the child welfare system. She holds an MSW from Indiana University – School of Social Work where she earned the Student Award for Commitment to Social Justice & Human Rights.
