Data Analytics Developer

Seth Prisament is a data analytics developer in Mathematica’s Health Unit. His work focuses on developing software to automate reporting and turning raw client data into easily accessible tables and visualizations.

Since joining Mathematica, Prisament has worked on a range of projects, including developing a reporting system of states’ expenditures for CMS’s section 1115 demonstrations, analyzing patients’ characteristics for a study on the effectiveness of an eConsult pilot funded by the Peterson Center on Healthcare, and constructing a longitudinal database of job demands from 1970 to 2020 through a grant funded by the National Institutes of Health. Throughout his work, Prisament regularly validates, harmonizes, and transforms complex data in programming languages including R, Python, SQL, and Stata.

Prisament holds a B.A. in economics from Vassar College.
