Nikkilyn Morrison’s work focuses on collecting and analyzing data to inform large-scale program evaluations. She has led qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.

Since joining Mathematica in 2008, Morrison has worked on a range of projects in education, nutrition, and health care. She has more than 10 years of experience evaluating the Comprehensive Primary Care Initiative and Comprehensive Primary Care Plus, for which she led the design and data collection for a large patient survey, analysis of an annual practice survey, construction of analytic payment files, and interviews with practice staff and regional data aggregators. She currently leads new measure development of a health equity quality measure for use in the Merit-based Incentive Payment System.

Morrison is passionate about providing high quality objective research to inform policy decision makers and understanding the nuances and limitations of data collected. She holds a master’s in public policy and administration from Northwestern University.
