Michele Listug

Michele Listug is experienced in working with states on Medicaid policy, health care IT system operations, and designing and developing Medicaid enterprise systems. She specializes in translating Medicaid policies into system designs and data solutions.

Listug is the client engagement lead for Imersis, a cloud-based data quality tool designed to help state Medicaid agencies prepare Transformed Medicaid Statistical Information System (T-MSIS) data for advanced analytics and meet federal requirements. In this role, she helps state Medicaid programs identify and resolve T-MSIS data quality issues. Listug has managed large-scale Medicaid system development projects for multiple state agencies throughout the country, including the Mississippi Department of Human Services, Alaska Department of Health, West Virginia Bureau for Medical Services, Maryland Department of Health, New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, and Kentucky’s Department of Medicaid Services.

Listug holds a B.S.W. from the University of Mississippi, and a P.M.P. from the Project Management Institute.
