Managing Consultant

Megan Reilly is a managing consultant with expertise in federal-state partnerships designed to facilitate efficient program operations. She has worked in Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) policy and operations with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and state Medicaid and CHIP agencies, providing technical assistance, developing guidance, and conducting quality reviews.

Currently, Reilly leads the development of state reporting guidance for the Transformed Medicaid Statistical Information System, as part of the Medicaid and CHIP Business Information Solutions initiative. She also has expertise in CMS’s eligibility and enrollment systems, testing standards, and the use of performance metrics and outcomes to support data-driven decisions and the identification of quality measures related to Medicaid and CHIP program goals.

Before joining Mathematica in 2009, Reilly was an associate at Perrin Quarles Associates, where she managed the design and operation of environmental emissions software. She has an M.P.P. from the George Washington University.
