Since joining Mathematica in 2020, Ksenia Miliutinskaia has served as a program manager for a range of initiatives in health, education, and women’s empowerment. She has worked with philanthropic clients such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the Rockefeller Foundation and state and federal programs. She has also contributed to MEL and strategy projects; systems for data analytics; and products for visualizing data.
Miliutinskaia is passionate about building effective and inclusive processes. She co-leads company-wide quality control and knowledge management initiatives and advocates for the use of digital tools to increase collaboration and drive better communication between external stakeholders and within teams. Miliutinskaia is experienced in Agile project management and applies her flexible and adaptive mindset to managing teams and delivering products. She provides support throughout the project life cycle, from managing proposal and budgets to completing activities, and she is well-versed in stakeholder management, communication, and reporting. She also helps collect, analyze, and disseminate data on projects.
Before joining Mathematica, Miliutinskaia worked with a grassroots nongovernmental organization implementing education programs for refugees in Israel. She also served as operations manager at a start-up specializing in data analytics that provided insights to global brands at the intersection of marketing, social media, and big data. Miliutinskaia holds a master’s degree in public policy from the International Program in Conflict Resolution and Mediation at Tel Aviv University, with certifications in mediation and facilitation.
