Krupalee Parikh has extensive experience using industry best practices to provide program and project management support to government and nongovernment entities since joining Mathematica in 2002.

Currently, Parikh serves as key personnel on the Department of Labor (DOL) EFAST2 Program Management Office Support project team that provides business and management consultation services to DOL on a large IT processing system. As part of this project, Parikh provides subject matter expertise on project and program management, government contracting and procurement, technical IT system requirements and cost analysis, third-party vendor and client management, and strategic IT system and program planning and leadership. Parikh has successfully managed over 10 multi-million-dollar task orders with DOL. Past projects include conducting a rigorous needs analysis for a nonprofit organization using the LI2 (Learn, Innovate, Improve framework to analyze business processes to identify efficiencies and improvements to human services programs

Parikh is part of the Operations and Management Group leadership team in the Human Services unit. Parikh holds a project management professional certification and a certificate in government contract management. She is also a Human Services Unit representative on Mathematica’s Project Management Council (2022–2024).
