Kristin Maurer

Kristin Maurer specializes in managing cross-functional product development teams. She has expertise in data analysis and visualizations, Medicaid quality measures, and Medicaid enrollment and administrative data sources.

Maurer is currently the project director of the Medicaid and CHIP Scorecard: Project Management and Technical Assistance contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The project supports CMS by providing day-to-day management of the Scorecard development for Medicaid.gov and developing content and compiling data for the Scorecard. Previously, Maurer led program implementation activities for the Hospital Readmissions Reduction Program and supported evaluation activities for Medicare and Medicaid programs.

Maurer joined Mathematica in 2016. She holds a master’s degree in public health from the University of Michigan, with a concentration in health management and policy, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
