Kelsey Bagwill specializes in operations and project management in the Human Services Unit. She uses industry best practices to guide projects toward timely, cost-effective, and high-quality results.

Bagwill serves as the operations lead for several projects, including the AmeriCorps Learning from Evidence and Research on National Service project. In her role as deputy operations director for the U.S. Department of Education’s Mid-Atlantic Regional Educational Laboratory, she provides operations leadership to project teams that are meeting the needs of clients and partners. In addition to her project roles, Bagwill mentors and supports her colleagues throughout the organization. She is an enterprise project management office mentor and received a Positive Impact Award in mentorship. Positive Impact Awards are staff-led and nominated within the Human Services Unit.

Bagwill joined Mathematica in 2021 and holds an M.B.A. from Missouri State University. She is a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute, the world’s leading authority on project management.
