Josh Meuth Alldredge has expertise in qualitative methods and synthesis reviews. His work focuses on education and labor issues in developing countries, though he also is active in domestic early childhood research and has experience in climate change research.

Meuth Alldredge serves as analytical lead for Mathematica research efforts with the Office of Child Labor, Forced Labor, and Trafficking within the US Department of Labor, synthesizing the performance and effectiveness of projects to inform changes to current and future projects. He also manages the mixed-methods performance evaluation of the Kosovo Transparent and Accountable Governance project, funded by the Millennium Challenge Corporation. Josh has coordinated data collection for domestic early childhood research with the Administration for Children and Families at the US Department of Health and Human Services and has conducted performance evaluations and systematic reviews on education projects for the US Agency for International Development.

Meuth Alldredge, who joined Mathematica in 2018, brings prior experience conducting research to advise policymakers on risks to post-conflict stability (in Colombia), inform practitioners on the impacts of edu-tainment (in Tanzania) and update law enforcement leadership on the implications of migration policy (in Mexico). He received a Master of Global Policy Studies from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin in 2018.
