A member of Mathematica’s leadership team, Dawnavan Davis leads the organization’s efforts to build staff engagement, improve experience and foster a culture of community and connection for all Mathematica employees.
With more than 20 years’ experience providing thought and strategic leadership to organizations in the health and education sectors, Davis has served in leadership positions supporting organizational strategy and operations in the areas of employee experience and engagement and community-based research and practice transformation.
Davis earned a Ph.D. in medical psychology from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. She has served on numerous professional committees and Boards in the health and human services arena. Her deep and unwavering dedication to improving organizational employee experience as well as community health and healthcare outcomes continues to drive her professional commitment to advancing organizations and health policy research.
