Cyrus Jadun specializes in leading cross-functional product development teams. His expertise includes project, product, and operations management; data visualization; and technical assistance.

Jadun is currently the acting product owner for the Medicaid and CHIP (Children’s Health Insurance Program) Scorecard: Project Management and Technical Assistance contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The project supports CMS by providing day-to-day management of scorecard development for Medicaid.gov, developing content, and compiling data for the scorecard. Jadun also oversees a cross-functional team in the development of reporting templates on the 1115 Demonstration Support Contract for CMS, providing technical assistance to CMS and states focused on implementing, monitoring, and evaluating various Section 1115 demonstrations. Previously, Jadun managed the 1115 Demonstration Support Contract for CMS; in this role he oversaw a team of project managers providing management and operational support to CMS’s efforts to monitor and evaluate 1115 demonstrations.

Jadun joined Mathematica in 2015. He holds a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Michigan’s Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy and is a certified Project Management Professional.
