Christopher Tallman is an expert in federal data systems, requirements, and oversight. His experience includes pension policy, federal IT system development and management, Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), and Agile project management and system development.
Tallman directs many large-scale systems integrity and development projects for the federal government, including a U.S. Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration project to provide IV&V services for planning and transitioning the Employee Retirement Income Security Act system to an electronic format.
Tallman also provides corporate quality assurance and budget reviews, in addition to leading the professional staff who help government agencies maintain and improve the quality of the administrative data they use to achieve their missions.
Tallman, who joined Mathematica in 1994, holds an M.P.A. from New York University and is a certified project management professional from the Project Management Institute.
