Benjamin Christensen

Research Analyst

Benjamin Christensen is a research analyst on a variety of projects in the areas of family support and employment.

He contributed to data collection for Strengthening Relationship Education and Marriage Services (STREAMS), an evaluation of healthy relationship education programs, by conducting respondent locating and instrument testing. He also helped compile grantee information for the evaluation of the Pathway Home Grant Program, which is designed to expand employment opportunities for individuals reentering society after incarceration. For the Pathways to Work Evidence Clearinghouse, he contributed to qualitative data collection and analysis for a special report describing how workforce programs adapted to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Before he joined Mathematica, Benjamin worked in the Office of the United States Trade Representative. He holds a master of public policy degree from George Mason University.
