Ayesha De Mond focuses on disability research, including evaluating increased competitive integrated employment for people working subminimum wage employment, mixed-methods research and qualitative data collection for state and federal agencies, and engaging partners on foundation and health equity projects.

De Mond works on a range of projects within family support, early childhood, and employment, and contributes to various subjects including virtual pre–K CLASS® observations, coaching interventions focusing on Temporary Assistance for Needy Families populations and other populations experiencing low-income, and Responsible Fatherhood and Healthy Marriage and Relationship Education programs. She currently works on an evaluation of a seven-year demonstration assessing early intervention approaches to improve labor force participation and retention of individuals with recently acquired injuries and disabilities. In addition to her project work, De Mond contributes to Mathematica’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion initiative as a member-at-large of the Employee Experience Council.

De Mond joined Mathematica in 2011. She holds an M.S. in media studies from Syracuse University.
