Small Businesses and Health Reform: Results from a Survey of Five States

This brief found that many proprietors of small businesses were unaware of ACA provisions designed to help small businesses offer health insurance to their employees, often by directly or indirectly reducing the costs of providing coverage. The findings highlight the importance of raising awareness of the potential benefits of health reform.
