For a third year, Mathematica has received a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2023–2024 Corporate Equality Index, the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.
Our score showcases our commitment to and promotion of LGBTQ+ friendly workplace policies, including non-discrimination protections specific to gender identity, comprehensive domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, nondiscrimination training, the use of gender-inclusive language, and an active LGBTQ employee resource group that offers social and educational events throughout the year. By satisfying all of the CEI’s criteria, we have been designated as recipient of the Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion (formerly known as “A Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality.”).
“Year-over-year growth in CEI participation is evidence of a business community that recognizes the responsibility and value in upholding equity and inclusion,” said RaShawn “Shawnie” Hawkins, Human Rights Campaign senior director of Workplace Equality.
“This year’s recognition by HRC is a true testament to our collective determination and commitment to evolving as an organization and ongoing dedication to action related to LGBTQ+ equality and inclusion,” said Dawnavan Davis, vice president and chief equity & inclusion officer at Mathematica.
