We Grow Together: Use of Technology to Support Early Care and Education Professional Development

The We Grow Together (WGT) professional development system was developed for the Professional Development Tools to Improve the Quality of Infant and Toddler Care project. The project is funded by the Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation, within the Administration for Children and Families, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. This recorded webinar summarizes findings from the field study test of the WGT professional development system, conducted from fall 2018 to spring 2019. In this presentation we describe key findings from a literature review that informed our approach to integrating technology into the WGT system and the use of technology to support professional development.
