Strengthening Early Care and Education Equity, Access, and Participation
Families with low incomes face considerable challenges with enrolling their children in early care and education (ECE) due to factors such as limited funding for subsidized care and geographic disparities in the availability of ECE programs. Finding solutions to these challenges is critical to ensure families with low incomes can access the care and education they need to be able to work and achieve financial security.
