Chicago Travel Information

By Car. Exit the airport turning left (north) onto Cicero Avenue. Take Cicero Avenue to Interstate 55 northbound (also known as the Stevenson Expressway). Stay on I-55 North until you see the signs for Route 41 North (Lake Shore Drive North). Take Lake Shore Drive North. You will pass several museums and marinas. Use the second from the right lane to take the Randolph Street exit toward Wacker Drive/1-290. Turn left onto East Randolph Street. Turn right onto North Columbus Drive. Turn left onto East South Water Street and keep right to stay on East South Water Street. The entrance to our parking garage will be on your right, immediately following the entrance to the 233 N. Michigan Avenue building and before you get to Michigan Avenue. The garage doors are located directly under the public parking sign. Allow 30 to 60 minutes for travel time, depending on the time of day.

By subway. The Midway/Orange Line train takes you to the State/Lake station. Once you exit the subway at the State/Lake station, walk about one block north to Wacker Drive and turn right. Continue east on Wacker Drive which runs parallel to the Chicago River. Cross over Michigan Avenue. The first entrance on your right side after the parking garage entrance is the 111 East Wacker Dr. building entrance. Allow approximately 60 minutes for travel time.

By Car. Exit the airport and follow the signs to I-90 East (also known as the Kennedy Expressway) toward Chicago-Downtown. As you approach downtown, exit the expressway at Ohio Street eastbound (toward the lake). Continue on Ohio Street to LaSalle Street and turn right to head south. Continue south on LaSalle Street and cross over the Chicago River. The first stop light after you cross the river will be at an intersection with Wacker Drive. Turn left at the light and proceed east toward the lake. Stay to the right to proceed to East Wacker Place at the fork. Go straight at the light at Michigan Avenue. Once you cross over Michigan Avenue, the parking garage entrance will be on your left before you reach the entrance of the 233 N. Michigan building. The garage doors are located directly under the public parking sign. Allow 30 to 90 minutes for travel time, depending on the time of day.

By subway. At O'Hare International Airport, follow the signs to the subway station (trains to the city). You will take the Blue Line, the only train line that runs downtown. Exit the Blue Line at the Clark/Lake stop, walk east four blocks to Michigan Avenue, and cross over Michigan Avenue. Proceed to your left (north) and walk up Michigan to Wacker Drive. Turn right (east) onto Wacker Drive. The first driveway immediately on your right is the 111 East Wacker Drive public parking garage. The building entrance is just past the garage entrance. Or, you can take a quick cab ride from the Clark/Lake train stop to 111 East Wacker Drive. Allow 60 minutes for travel time.
