Sarah Leser joined Mathematica in August 2019 and is a research analyst in the Mathematica Global Unit. She focuses on qualitative analysis and contributes to evaluations in agriculture, energy, education, and public health, primarily in francophone Africa and Latin America. She helps with business development through the Climate Change practice and through proposal management for the Mathematica Global Unit.

Leser holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Brown University in the political economy track, with a regional focus on Latin America. She speaks both French and Spanish fluently. During her time at Brown, Leser studied abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She grew up in Paris and completed the French Baccalauréat in Economics and Social Sciences.
