Senior IT Product Manager

Jennifer Pugh specializes in designing and implementing data analytic and technology solutions for facilitating access to and exchange of health care data. She has extensive experience delivering technical assistance to health care organizations that are implementing innovative payment and delivery models.

Pugh leads technical assistance for program data management and information technology on the Accountable Health Communities Model for the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation. In this role, she oversees data quality analysis and systems support for model participants that seek to improve health outcomes and reduce health care costs by addressing the social needs of Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries. She also supports implementation and monitoring of the Maternal Opioid Misuse Model for Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation and consults on various projects with a focus on health care data collection, integration, and reporting systems used for performance measurement.

Before joining Mathematica, Pugh served in various roles in a health care provider organization and at an analytics and intelligence firm supporting strategic planning projects and operations for value-based payment models and population health initiatives.

Pugh joined Mathematica in 2017 and holds a master’s degree in health care administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
