The Ananya program in Bihar, India, has implemented both supply- and demand-side strategies to improve coverage and uptake of maternal and child health, reproductive health, and nutrition services. This report summarizes the results of a process study of the program, which gathered information on the main successes and challenges associated with implementation and elicited lessons related to the sustainability of key interventions.
