This study explores the types of services, supports, and accommodations workers with disabilities use on and off the job and the strategies workers use to obtain the supports they need to find and maintain their employment. It also examines the extent to which employment supports and services were paid for by public or private sources, were no-cost supports, or were paid for out of pocket by the worker.
