Understanding the usability, usefulness, and utilization of a new solution is critical for implementing organizations and their funders, especially during development and early implementation. This resource provides guidance on when and how to measure these indicators, and what implementing organizations can do with the results.

This guide is part of a suite of tools designed to support grantees as they develop, refine, and scale evidence-based solutions (programs, products, or practices) that demonstrate success in improving educational outcomes for students who are Black, Latino, and/or experiencing poverty.
