This guide presents considerations and suggestions for practitioners seeking to conduct program improvement in an equitable way. The guide provides evidence-based recommendations for infusing equity principles and practices into rapid-cycle learning, a specific approach for program improvement.
Lessons in the guide reflect key takeaways from a project (REVISE 2G) that Mathematica conducted with Agape Child & Family Services (Agape). Funded by the Annie E. Casey Foundation, through REVISE 2G, Mathematica and Agape implemented equity-infused rapid-cycle learning to help Agape adapt services and meet families’ needs during and beyond COVID-19. This guide aims to help service delivery organizations like Agape plan for and implement inclusive and equitable change to better support staff members and families.
