This issue brief reports findings from the National Guard Youth ChalleNGe/Job ChalleNGe Evaluation. A central goal of the JC grants was to increase enrollment of court-involved youth in Youth ChalleNGe and provide these youth access to intensive occupational training through Job ChalleNGe. Our brief examines this aspect of the grant implementation as well as the education, employment, and criminal justice outcomes of court-involved Job ChalleNGe participants.
