Boston Children's Collaboration for Community Health: 2023 Report

This report summarizes the contributions of the Collaboration for Community Health in removing obstacles to children’s health and well-being in Boston. Within eight equity-focused initiatives, the report examines funded partners’ towards improving children’s social determinants of health.

This report shares highlights from the first year of the Mental Health Systems and Healthy Youth Development funded partners. It also shares accomplishments from the first two years of the Birth to Five, Healthy Living, and Family Housing Stability and Economic Opportunity funded partners. Across initiatives, the report describes how the Collaboration is reaching communities in Boston historically denied access to health-promoting resources.
