Named a Top 25 ERG by the Global ERG Network, the group is honored for work to advance equity inside and outside its workplace
Mathematica’s Pride Employee Resource Group (ERG) has been named a Top 25 ERG by the Global ERG Network. This honor, which considers ERGs from around the world, recognizes the role of Mathematica’s Pride ERG in fostering inclusivity and positive change both within and outside its workplace. The Top 25 ERG designation comes as part of Global ERG Network’s 2024 Diversity Impact Awards.
Among the achievements that helped the Pride ERG earn this prestigious designation are its pioneering work on inclusive research guidelines for the broader policy research community and its contributions to developing trans-inclusive outreach materials and non-discrimination policies for Mathematica. Through these initiatives and monthly meetings that include a Trans Inclusion subcommittee, Mathematica’s Pride ERG has become an important venue for gathering employee feedback, advancing the company’s mission to improve public well-being, and ensuring that every member of the Mathematica community feels welcome, included, and heard.
The Top 25 ERG honors will be officially celebrated at the 2024 Global ERG Network Conference in Charlotte, North Carolina, from October 23 to 25.
