C230 Consulting Group and Mathematica have launched a joint venture under the Small Business Administration’s Mentor-Protégé Program. The C230 Mathematica Joint Venture draws on C230’s experience as a local implementor and a capacity-building partner for firms across Latin America and Mathematica’s expertise supplying data-driven evidence and insights to funders, policymakers, and implementers globally. Together, C230 and Mathematica will offer a robust portfolio of monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning services; advanced data analytics; and local capacity-strengthening that will foster localization and expand the use of evidence-driven programs and policies around the world.

Under this venture, Mathematica will provide guidance and mentorship to support C230’s business development with U.S. government clients. In addition, Mathematica will work with C230 on strategic planning and financial, organizational, and risk management. The partnership will identify opportunities for greater collaboration that will enhance the evidence, insights, and services available to clients.
