Evidence for Educators by Educators: New Approaches to Building Evidence for Continuous Improvement
Continuous improvement has become an increasingly common practice in the education field. But those engaging in continuous improvement often don’t have timely or affordable access to the evidence they need about what works and for whom. Without evidence, it is difficult to determine what strategies might solve a problem, how best to implement those strategies, and whether they’re working. Using a case study, we will share approaches to integrating evidence into continuous improvement and will illustrate how a new, free tool—the Evidence to Insights Coach—can help participants make timely evidence-based decisions.
Mathematica held a webinar on Wednesday, January 29, at 3:00 p.m. ET for a discussion about the role of evidence in a continuous improvement process and how a free, online platform—the Evidence to Insights Coach (for optimal results, we recommend using the Chrome browser)—can help educators generate the evidence they need when they need it.
