This brief discusses the collaboration between the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Adult and Dislocated Worker programs and other American Job Center (AJC) partners in the 28 local study areas included in the WIA Gold Standard Evaluation. It describes how program staff collaborated to provide job seekers with core services, such as greeting customers upon arrival and assisting customers with using information and online tools in a resource room available to all job seekers.
