Jill Albanese has more than 25 years of human resources experience. Her expertise includes workforce planning and analytics, organizational design and effectiveness, employee engagement, change management, total rewards, and recruiting.
Albanese joined Mathematica in 2019 and is currently a senior vice president and director of Human Resources. Prior to joining Mathematica, she was the chief human resources officer for LIXIL Water Technology Americas where she developed programs to reinforce corporate strategy and values, strengthen relationships, and improve collaboration within the global LIXIL organization. During her time at LIXIL, she launched three employee business resource groups, established new programs and policies to enhance the employee experience and increase engagement, and conducted organizational assessments to identify ways to increase performance. Her previous positions include director of human resources decision support, workforce analytics, strategy and transformation for Merck. She also served as director of human resources project management for Novartis Pharmaceutical Corporation and Prudential Insurance Company of America.
Albanese holds a M.H.R.M. from Rutgers University.
